Jamie Sparta helped me through a speedy market this summer. I moved from Virginia to Portland. One day I had a job offer, the next day I'm looking at real estate online. The condo I was interested in was listed that Sunday and offers were due on the Tuesday. The listing agent, Nick, gave me Jaimie Sparta's name. We did a video walk through inside and out. She gave me her objective and subjective comments. Offers were due two days later! Time was of the essence. I lived 800miles away so there was no time to figure this out all on my own.
